1183360 - Get rid of unused builders to free up room for debug Android reftests

Geoff wants to turn on at least 30 chunks of debug Android reftests, or maybe more.  We don't have the builder capacity at the moment.

Attached is a patch which frees up 600 builders, by removing PGO from alder and gum (where they weren't being used) and try (where it's impossible to trigger).

Removing them from PGO will mean bug 1166882 is a WONTFIX, but I'm guessing that builds will be moved to TC before anyone gets around to doing this in buildbot.

If there's concern about this, I could scale back the patch to leave PGO builders on try and just remove from alder and gum, which might be enough to do the trick here.
