The problem popup window

The popup window that opens when a language font needed and not installed is
messy and has no title.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto URL
2. When Japanese text display is not installed a window will popup
3. This window is messy and has no title
Actual Results: Popup window look messy and has no title
Expected Results: Window should look better (its to large) and should have a
title (for instance "Foreign language font not installed" (this is just a proposal).
Might be a theme problem

CONFIRMED. The font download dialogs are displayed in Win9x and WinNT.

won't bother to fix this. It is controled by the mozilla.org sever too.
