Note: this is a follow-up for Bug 1167379

Reproducible on: Firefox 42.0a1, Firefox 41.0a2 and Firefox 40 Beta 4 under Windows 

STR
1.Launch Firefox with clean profile.
2.Open the Web Console from Developer Tools. 
3.Select Performance panel.
4.Create a profile.
5.Hover with the cursor over the timeline.

ER
The mouse cursor and the line are overlapped in Performance timeline.

AR
The Performance Panel line appears a bit to the right compared to the cursor.

Additional notes:
- This issue is reproducible on Firefox 42.0a1 (2015-07-13), Firefox 41.0a2 (2015-07-13) and Firefox 40 Beta 4 (20150713153304) under Windows 7 64-bit, Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit and Mac OS X 10.9.5. 
- This is reproducible with any zoom percentage. 
- I am attaching a screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/WlHK0pB.png
- Ubuntu and Mac platforms are not affected.
