A) We don't even support parsing "ui-r"
B) MozReview doesn't currently handle anything other than the "review" flag.

Bug 1182683 is also related.
I don't think we're going to go down BMO's path of having lots of different types of review flags.  We may allow different ways to mark the scope of a review, though (like "reviewed UX only"), but that's a different bug.  Also see bug 1123139 where we will allow authors to make comments about the commit series, in particular what should be reviewed specifically.
