User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 Build ID: 20150624141335 Steps to reproduce: I go to https://play.google.com/music/listen (already logged in), and clicked "My Library" option to load the music library. Actual results: When I click "My Library" button, it doesn't load anything and the console shows the following error for every time I click the link: CustomError: Error in protected function: b[c][r] is not a function no element found jserrorlogging:1 Firefox is the only browser with this behavior and I've already disabled all the extensions. This error is present in Windows 7/8.1 and Ubuntu 12 Expected results: The right side of the screen loads a list of thumbnails with all the content of my music library. It is almost the same functionality as the adjacent links: Listen Now, Radio Stations, Top Charts, etc, but "My Library" is the only one not working.
Surely a dupe of bug 1182447. What's your Flash version? If it's 18.0.0.203, update Flash to 18.0.0.209.

Hi, Flash Current version is 209 Music streams fine if I choose Radio or any other option, the problem is that music library never loads when using "My Library" option. Thanks

It appears Google fixed another issue about Google Play Music (see bug 1182447). Could you check if your issue is fixed (or not) too?

Menu is showing two options selected when it should only show the last.

I checked and the problem persists. The issue was never related to streaming problems, only with UI. The content of music library is never loaded when the 'My Library' option is selected. It even highlights the option in the menu but doesn't de-select the previously selected option.

User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0 Version 46.0a1 Build ID 20160115030207 Channel nightly arscek , Thank you for taking time to report this. Are you still able to reproduce this in the latest version ? Have you tried to reproduce in fresh install ? I am not reproducing this issue.

Hi, thanks for writing back. It seems Google has been changing UI in the last months. Most of the web page is working, when I click "My Library", now I can see all the tabs and use them except for the "Artists" one, which doesn't load anything, and keeps the content from the previously selected tab. Console shows this error whenever I click said tab: CustomError: Error in protected function: b[c].push is not a function I can play all content from the other tabs, so the page is more usable, however is still not 100% functional. Thanks and best regards.

Could you test: 1) in safe mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode 2) with a fresh profile: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles Same error (and message in the console)?

Hi, I tested both options and I got the same message in the console.

Closing as works for me as it is not reproducible in the latest nightly. Feel free to reopen it if it is reproducible in the latest version. Thanks
