When we launched TP behind the polaris pref in Nightly, we added a checkbox (#2 in screencap) that says: "Prevent sites from tracking me." We now have a global checkbox for everyone that says "Prevent sites from tracking me in private windows". Let's change the copy to be clear and state: Experimental mode: Run Tracking Protection in all windows

My comment above is before Aislinn, Matej, and I reworked the text string for TP in PBM. The copy string I suggested is outdated, let's rework the "polaris mode" TP string to mirror what we are doing for PBM in bug 1183240
