Our MDN stage audit [1] showed we're missing a memcache node for stage. We need to set one up, and update the CACHES value in settings_local.py to use it.

I added the new memcache server to the stage environment yesterday (Wednesday, July 23rd). I verified through the STATS command that items were being placed into the cache. I had to make some adjustments to get the New Relic plugin agent installed; this apparently used to be part of the memcache class in puppet but was later commented out. It now reports to New Relic as developer-memcache1.stage.webapp.scl3.mozilla.com
