Details

We should create an alert (presumably in nagios) that detects when a repository's S3 bundles appear to have stopped generating and are going to expire. This will give us time to fix any issues before the expiration of the bundle results in automation complaining.

This requires a custom script with proper S3 credentials (although we could probably grant more anonymous permissions to the S3 buckets) to query the state of S3.
