This is not a plugin Issue, and it is Firefox not recognizing the updated versions.

Please Correct This.

Flash is blocked because there have been multiple 0-day exploits, and they are being used in the wild. There is, at the moment, no non-vulnerable version. See http://www.computerworld.com/article/2947898/security/mozilla-blocks-all-flash-in-firefox-after-third-zero-day.html and other press articles.
