Steps how to reproduce with DE SeaMonkey 2.35(γ) (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:38.0 nightly by Adrian Kalla) Gecko/20100101 Build 20150616034436 (Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit:
1. Go to <https://blog.seamonkey-project.org/2015/06/16/first-win32-seamonkey-2-35-nightly-build-available/#comment-400>
with seamonkey and firefox
2. Compare hyperlink view between browsers
FF: all are underlined blue
SM: all underlined, but you see all black instead blue except:

SunSpider 1.0.2 JavaScript Benchmark
Additional info:
a) currently I do not understand the difference between blue and black
hyperlinks
b) Safe mode without add-ons does not heal the problem
/Visited/ links /may/ be colored differently (web pages can override browser settings) & coloring (& underlining) is definable.

For me visited links look black only. Is this the same for you? Can you click on a link in Firefox to mark this link/address as visited?

Yes, that's the reason. I should have visited all linked pages before thinking about a bug report. Now I did and all hyperlinks (except the broken one for "SunSpider 1.0.2 JavaScript Benchmark", what can not be visited, are black.
