[1.Description]:
[Flame 2.2&master][N5 2.2&master][Bluetooth]Pair with bluetooth headset, make a call and the voice outputs from bluetooth headset. Change to speaker/receiver mode, add another call. After the second call is established, the voice outputs from bluetooth headset.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition: A SIM card is inserted in.
1. Pair with bluetooth headset.
2. Launch Phone app and make a call.
** The voice outputs from bluetooth headset.
3. Tap the headset icon on dialer screen and select speaker/receiver
4. Tap the "+" icon to add another call(or received an incoming call).

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The second call is established, and the voice should output from speaker/receiver.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. The second call is established, but the voice outputs from bluetooth headset.

This is very strange, I couldn't hear anything from headset/receiver when a third call comes in. I can see the icon has switched to BT headset, but can't hear anything. Not sure if this is a gaia issue or functional issue.

Tested with earphone, and observed the issue; no output from earphone or receiver. Therefore, this is not BT related.

Alastor, can you help check this audio path bug? Not sure if it relates to Dialer app or gecko audio.
