RSS subscribe button can't add the livebookmark to the chosen folder.

Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new profile (non-e10s), and open it.
2. Open Bookmarks Toolbar, and create a new folder.
3. Open https://blog.mozilla.org/feed/
4. Click the "Subscribe Now" button.
5. Choose the "new folder", subscribe it.
Actual results:
The livebookmark appear in to BookmarksBar.(In the e10s, Nothing has happened in step 4)
Expected results:
The livebookmark added to the "new folder".
