[Music][Clock] With Music playing, when an alarm triggers the music does not become quieter/mute/pause

Description:
If the user is listening to music and has an alarm set to go off shortly, they will observe on the alarm ringing that their music will not dismiss or become quieter to address the phone's alarm notification. The two audiochannels will play together, will drives to lower the significance of the alarm of something to tend to quickly to stop the alarm.

PreReq:
* music on the phone
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150714105840
2) Open the music app
3) Begin playing a song/playlist
4) Return to home
5) Open the clock app
6) Set an alarm to go off on the next minute
7) Observe audio channels when alarm rings

Actual:
Music and Alarm play together

Expected:
Music become quieter/mute/pause when Alarm begins to ring

This issue most likely occurs due to Bug 1113086

Yes, it's because we can't manage the audio of the attention window now.
The bug1181982 would fix this issue.
