Same issue here. Have you tried with Base image v18D_nightly_v3 ? https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox_OS/Phone_guide/Flame/Updating_your_Flame
No, I haven't. Have you?
No problems to update to latest version of nightly channel (end of june) with the latest base image here.

I did and updated with OTA from end of May version to end of June one without any issue. OTA channel being currently pointing to older version ( https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1174840 ), you shouldn't get an older version.
(In reply to Clément Lefèvre from comment #5) Many thanks for your suggestion! But I'm afraid if I do that Spark gaia will be deleted. I don't want to loose very helpful apps such as Buzilla Lite and WhatsApp. I don't know how to flash Spark again so...
The problem is that the system partition size wasn't updated. There's a new build in the works: see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1184980#c3 for details. It was my fault specifically, that we missed this in the build.
