nao@mozilla-japan.org is Mozilla Japan's employee and in charge of BizDev in Japan and some of ASIA. He need to file bugs about legal request with partners. Give privileges to access MoLegal to Nao. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Legal # mozilla-corporation or some other permission is needed for him I think
