1184412 - Remove MediaDecoderStateMachine::mAudioEndTime - second

This bug is a follow-up of bug 1183007.

This bug will remove MediaDecoderStateMachine::OnAudioEndTimeUpdate() and MediaDecoderStateMachine::mAudioEndTime to make the behavior more consistent between AudioSink and DecodedStream.

A step forward to unify AudioSink and DecodedStream.
