STR:

1. Get on Facebook
2. click article/link -> it will open it in a new tab
3. the nav bar states are copied from the previous tab when back/forward should not be enabled; if you rotate, the nav bar updates and shows that they're both disabled
4. switch back to Facebook tab, navigation is disabled
