The use of mozL10n.get API is deprecated. So we should never localize values to be stored in data model. Instead we should carry l10nId until we want to display it and then use data-l10n-id on the element.

Can we set this bug as duplicated of bug 1191124? As I suppose that the refactor one will take care of this issue

The refactor so far doesn't touch ./shared/pages/import/js/curtain_panel.js use of mozL10n.get which is what this bug is about.
