Hi, sorry, but since Bugzilla is a developer resource, we only use English here. You might have better luck at https://support.mozilla.org/ or in forums specific to your distro.
I'd try a new profile https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles and check what Flash plugin you have installed and if it functions correctly on other pages.
