Scrolling a background Firefox window using touchpad causes it to jump to foreground
via https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows10/comments/3d6zj3/scrolling_of_background_apps_is_now_native/ Now you can scroll the contents of background windows even when they're not focused (just by the pointer being over the window). This works as expected for me with a mouse scroll wheel. But when doing a 2-finger scroll on my Surface Pro 3 touchpad, Firefox will jump to the foreground. Edge works as expected, but curiously both Chrome and the Windows file explorer act as Firefox does.
