1184782 - Search Engine bar should partially show the next search engine as indication of horizontal scrolling available

We currently show four search engines equally spaced out in the Search Bar with no visual indication that there are more search engines available. Our iOS counterpart solves this by partially showing the next search engine (see the bottom of the attached image iOS-search-engines.jpg).

I'll probably be grabbing this myself when I'm done with rewriting SearchEngineBar, but I'll leave in unassigned for now in case anyone wants to fix it in it's current state.

NI antlam, because the current behavior had been specified in bug 1158295. Apart from that we still have bug 1158291 open ("Show ability to scroll search engine bar"). This here could be a solution to that. Bug 1158291 mentions some other options. One of the bugs probably can be closed as duplicate. :)
