The next version of the Raptor CLI tool will be a breaking change for users and automation.

* Change database reporter to write to InfluxDB v0.9
  * Change phase formatter to support new series format for InfluxDB 0.9, tags
  * Switch from appName field to entryPoint
* Add new InfluxDB v0.9 automation database
* Create new visualization docker image with Grafana 2.0 and InfluxDB 0.9
* Remove hard-coded app names

LGTM. Have been running 2.0 locally for quite some time and it is working well. Did some basic tests again on this PR, ran all the tests single and multiple runs, on apps with and without entypoints, reporting to the new metrics file and database, and dumping to the logcat.
