Actual Results:
The browser suffered a crash when user double clicked the title bar of the browser to resize it down from maximized just as Google Street View was loading. This occurred after updating the graphics driver without restarting the browser.

Expected Results:
Browser shouldn't crash.

Steps to Recreate:
1 Using default driver, navigate around to a few pages
2 Update the graphics driver without closing the browser
3 Once the graphics driver has updated, navigate to flickr.com
4 Maximize the browser, and go to https://encrypted.google.com/maps/preview/?force=webgl
5 Click and drag the little Google Street View meeple man to a road, wait for the roads to turn blue and a preview image to appear, then drop him to enter google street view
6 Just after dropping the meeple and as Street View is loading, double click the title bar of the maximized browser to resize it
7 Observe browser crash

Honestly, I don't think there is somehing to fix here. When you update your graphics drivers, you have to restart the computer and/or the applications.
