Description:
If the user is in the call screen and pulls down the utility tray they will be able to see the status bar disappear as the utility tray begins to come down.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150717125848
2) Make or receive a call
3) While in the call screen pull down the utility tray slowly
4) Observe the status bar as the utility tray is pulled down

Actual:
The status bar disappears when the user begins to pull down the utility tray

Expected:
It is expected that the status bar does not disappear

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.5.
