Description:
If the user is in a call and holds down the home button they will enter card view. in card view they will not have the call banner at the top of the screen so they can return to call.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150717125848
2) Make or receive a call
3) While in the call screen hold down the home button to enter card view
4) Observe top of the screen in card view

Actual:
The user cannot use the call banner to return to the call

Expected:
It is expected that the user can see the call banner after leaving the call screen

This issue occurs in flame 2.5 through Flame 2.0.

NI for UX to review, I believe it's by design that we don't show notifications during card view, this is a use case to have call banner available.

The call banner was implemented in 2.1 (likely in bug 927862, but I'm not sure). This case might have been forgotten.
