Graphene crashes a lot because of bug 1132436. A fix is available in bug 1179909, but it needs rebasing often. I believe it's gonna take some time before bug 1179909 gets fixed, so in the meantime, I'll maintain the WIP patch here, and update the larch branch.

Bug 1179909 has landed in m-c and larch has been merged to m-c. We shouldn't need this.
