starting installer keeps cursor at "busy" cursor for a while

Details

When I start the installer the cursor correctly becomes "busy" but the cursor seems to stay busy even after the installer is ready. The cursor seem busy for 8 secs while the installer shows the Mozilla Setup - Welcome dialog after 5 secs. Is something wrong? build 20010106

Seamonkey and Firefox are using a new NSIS based installer. resolving this old bug, please reopen if you still get this with the new installer
