Help under Heading "Moving to Another Page" contains a link to "Internet Guide" <http://www.internet-guide.co.uk/help.html>, what does not exist.

May be that should be changed to <http://www.internet-guide.co.uk/> or <http://www.internet-guide.co.uk/web.html>, what do exist.

Also help localizations are affected, at least German, what I have tested.
To make maintenance easier, I think the best option is to try a minimize the amount of external links in the help docs.
Suggestion: make all the links point to seamonkey-projects.org and set up some 301/303 redirects
For the specific link in the "Moving to another page" Help section, it is appearing in this text:

"If you are new to the Internet, read the Internet Guide (link)". The page is indeed an article about the Internet, the history and so on. It could be replaced with the Wikipedia article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Wide_Web which would make easier to provide localizations.

Would that work with localized redirections?
