Win7 PGO reftest-unaccelerated in nearly permafail due to the "onload" failures tracked by bug 1019563, bug 1167155, and countless dupes. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to prioritize investigating and fixing the problem. Therefore, I've hidden the suite until it can be made to run reliably enough to meet visibility standards.
Same issue affects Opt builds as well.

This has gone marvelously well, if the goal of the evolution was "get Ru green with the exception of the writing mode abspos tests, and spread the failure in them to reftest-withaccel, and generate a whole bunch of ignored needinfo requests."

Since the abspos writing-mode failures have moved on to accelerated reftests on Win7 as well, I skipped the whole directory in https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/f07e71078bc8 which makes Ru plenty green enough to unhide, since any other failures it might have been having seem to have softly and silently slipped away in the intervening months.
