The probe added in Bug 1093871 expired. Let's bring it back.

We should also take this opportunity to figure out if we need broader coverage to make decisions: how long since a user engaged with RL, for example.

Benjamin, can I just update "expires_in_version" in the FENNEC_READING_LIST_COUNT histogram? Or do I need to make a new histogram?

You can just update the expiry date, you don't need to create a new one.
