I unlocked my Windows 7 Optimus laptop (with 2 external monitor attached) and Firefox forced to use the nVidia GPU, and saw a mostly white Nightly window that would only repaint itself when I moved the mouse over unpainted regions.

In general, I've been seeing much more frequent gfx glitches over the last month or so on my Windows machines: Firefox 41 & 42 on Windows 7 & 8.1

I wonder if we're getting a device lost which causes us to drop a paint and then we only do partial updates after that.
