Details

I just upgraded from 0.9.5 (skipped 0.9.6 because of this problem), and now,
when I use either CTRL-T or File->New->Navigator Tab, instead of opening a new
tab and loading my main index (stored in preferences as my "home" page), the
new tab is simply created with a blank page.

I'm sure this is just a simple fix in prefs.js, but can't seem to find the
option that changes that behavior.

TIA....

Side note for developers in general: 0.9.7.1 is *MUCH* faster on pages that,
in 0.9.6 and earlier, were very slow to display when scrolling up/down.
Very nice...thanks!
