You need to flash the new base build first. Naoki, can you follow up with the right link here?

Hi All, After flashing the new base image (v18D_nightly_v5), the nightly Flame master build (20150721010202, 20150721160205) can flash normally, and no "FAILED (remote: size too large)" anymore. Actually v18D_Nigthly_v5 is really a later version of v3, v18D_Nightly_v4 is the latest; sorry for the confusion with the naming!

Sorry for the typo, my base image is v3, not v5. Thanks Peter for reminding.
