Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0
Build ID: 20150630154324
Steps to reproduce:
Click a link and then scroll the page with the mouse wheel. The screen must be in motion as the page changes.
It is easiest to replicate with non-textual links (i.e image links, scripted page changes, etc). For example, this happens frequently with webpages that use hotkeys for navigation.
Actual results:
Cannot immediately scroll with the mouse wheel once the page has changed. The mouse wheel will not work, until the mouse is moved, or page is clicked, etc.
Expected results:
Should be able to scroll immediately with the mouse wheel (as happens when clicking links normally).
Appears to have stopped happening as of version 40.0
