Details

Both the in-tree configs and buildbot configs for b2g37/b2g37r are pointing to the https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora repo (presumably due to the fact that b2g37 branched when Gecko 37 merged to Aurora instead of Beta). IIRC, aren't those supposed to be pointing to beta though? Gregor, I'm not even entirely sure who would definitively know the answer to this. Do you?

Delphine, do you know the differences between https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora mozilla-beta and mozilla-release? Whats the right version for 2.2 and 2.2r? Is this your area or can you point us to the right person?

Handing over to Pike, should be his area of expertise.

There isn't a lot of science in what we're doing on the gecko strings for Firefox OS. I'm still hoping that one day bug 1067987 will take this stone off our neck. At the end of the day, this is mostly around network error messages, which are very stable, so there's probably not that much of a point to point this to a versioned repo.
