Meta bug for coordinating t-shirt order and distribution for View Source conference.

Hard requirements:

* we offer both fitted and straight-cut shirts
* we offer an extended range to guarantee that everyone who wants a
shirt can get one that fits (e.g. XS-4/5XL straight cut, XS-2/3XL fitted)
* size ranges need to be selected based on actual measurements, not
sizes (e.g. fitted-cut needs to extend to at least 24" wide across chest)
* colors should match as best as possible across entire size range

Nice to haves:

* local vendor to save on tax and shipping as well as support the local economy
* custom art from local artist
