|mach xpcshell-test| doesn't expose options from runxpcshelltests

Details

runxpcshelltest.py provides various command-line arguments [1], it would be helpful if |mach xpcshell-test| also exposed those arguments.

In this case I was trying test chunking with |--total-chunks=3 --this-chunk=1|.
