Need a Bambara keyboard for FxOS. We're adding the locale to 2.2 builds due to partner request
Requesting to block 2.2 as this has been requested by partner (see https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/PM/Firefox+OS+Wave+Launch+Cross+Functional+View for details)

Also, seems there are different possible scripts for Bambara. Do we know which one(s) is/are needed and if we support these? Adding Arky in case he can help here too

AFAIK Bambara uses latin script with additional phonetic characters. Though Bambara can be written in RTL N'Ko and Arabic alphabets, the latin script is most commonly used.
