SUMMARY

Placed several calls successfully between Nightly (40.0a1) and General Release using new loop-client 0.19.0 
on localhost and with kokiy, sphilp, deanw and pdehaan.

Some intermittent e2e test call issues, but these seem to be similar core problems we've seen previously (rather than w/ loop-client).

Verifying PRODUCTION stack.  


NOTE:
- All calls on localhost and from my home to MTV office (w/ pdehaan, kokiy) were successful
- On first call w/ deanw (London), there was only 1-way audio/video (he couldn't see nor hear me). Second call was fine
- Tried several unsuccessful calls with sphilp (Toronto), but only 1-way audio/video (I couldn't see nor hear him)
- following up w/ jbecerra to see if further testing can be done around core issues

Messaging (from Nightly to GR) - OK
