The phone had hang off but the call screen is still there. It looks like a race condition. But I cannot say I have a way to reproduce it.

Can't see anything weird in the logs except for the fact that the user seemed to have add-ons enabled, maybe that's getting in the way? I remember hitting this issue a long time ago and it was caused by a race in the settings code IIRC but I haven't seen it in a while.
