found while verifying bug 62423, using 2002.01.07.0x comm bits on all the main platforms. 1. make sure focus is in the URLbar --hit accel+L if needed. 2. hit alt+down arrow to display the URL history list [on mac hit option+down arrow]. results: the list displays, but it always appears in the upperleft portion of the screen --quite offset from the browser window itself.
