Selectors like {for win} have a hard coded list of Windows versions to match. Windows 10 is not one of those. This bug covers adding Windows 10 to that list.

We are possibly approving and localising broken kb articles, due to Windows 10 launch being only two days away. Not helped by the fact that kb bugs are hidden from kb editors & reviewers.
