Currently, to successfully build our sample code in the Plugin SDK we use 
nsIComponentManagerObsolete.h. This is obsolete interface and should not be 
used.
Is this needed for bug 112255?

Dependency removed -- #define MOZILLA_STRICT_API prevents from including
obsolete headers, I added it to all SDK projects.
