It would be helpful to have a way to increase the nICEr log level for end users when they report bugs and are asked to provide log files. Right now they need to start Fx with env variables to get more detailed logs.

One option might be to simply increase (to the max?) the nICEr log level if the user has pressed the "Start Debug mode" button on about:webrtc.
If we do that is the buffer big enough to capture enough output in this case?

Meanwhile I think log level debug would in most cases generate way too much information to fit into the ring buffer. The better solution is available in bug 1309129.
