Description: When a user attempts to access the Spark related apps, they will be requested to reset their phone to enable full tools. During the dialog transition, the user will see their homescreen be revealed, icons and background, but the background will be pure white. This appears only briefly before dismissing. If the user drops out of performing the reset and attempts again, they may encounter the issue again. This issue does not occur on Flame KK Devices. Note this was checked with 512MB because 319MB causes bug 1187541 to occur. Actual Results: The homescreen is not seen when switching between dialogue menus.
