Actual Results: The last visible row in the category outliner doesn't fully fit in the visible area of the outliner, so a scrollbar appears. On Classic, it's more than just a few pixels. It's about half of the row. Using 2002010703 on Win2K.
why would it matter if this combination of expanded preferences fits exactly in the outliner?
Because it looks better. I find that an integral height on a list looks better than having a white space at the bottom. It's a cosmetic issue, which is why I'm downgrading the severity to trivial. But I think it's a valid bug, which is why I'm reopening it.
Wait, I wasn't thinking quite clearly. It's a cosmetic issue because the scrollbar displays, giving the user the impression that there are more categories "below", when in fact there are not.
