Somehow the caret seems to have disappeared in my current session from my location bar and search bar. All other textboxes are fine, newly created windows also seem to be fine. Very weird.
Component: Location Bar → Editor
Product: Firefox → Core
I don't think the UI code can cause something like that... though, if the other textboxes were fine, it's a real mistery :/
For now I'm moving to Editor, but this needs investigation to figure where the problem may be.
Maybe Neil has an idea, I'm not sure honestly.

Bulk-downgrade of unassigned, >=3 years untouched DOM/Storage bug's priority.
