When the user logs into gmail with a long email address it will be possible to scroll to the side on the app permission screen because it will run off the page.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150722010204
2) Open the email app
3) Sign in with an email account that is at least 11 characters not including the last portion
4) Progress to the google permissions page
5) attempt to scroll to the side
6) Observe screen

The user can scroll to the side

It is expected that the user cant scroll to the side

I think this issue should be handled by E-mail component since this page is opened via email app.
Transfer to E-mail component and NI on component owner for nomination decision.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]:

This looks to me is an usability issue, and since the page is handled by google api, I don't think we have much control over this. Mark it as tracking.
