Aaron Thornburgh has kindly agreed to work on the design of an infographic explaining our quarterly review process. His initial draft is linked above. 

Design refinement from here includes simplifying Step 4 on this view, creating a page 2 of this document that includes a much more detailed "view source" of the math and process behind bonus calculations, and making some adjustments to color. 

This infographic will likely be used in two ways: 1. as part of quarterly email communication regarding bonus compensation, sent by HR, and 2. as a two-sided printed document that new team members will receive during their orientation. We will not be proceeding with original plans to print this piece out as a poster.
