BuildID: 4.10.2222

This problem seems only to affect Frames.
Looks odd in Mozilla - IE and Netscape displaying fine...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the URL above
2.Enter the "Site in English"
3. Watch the top frame annimation - self explaining problem but might take a few
seconds until the background starts painting white from the right hand side.

Actual Results: 1) Only a paint-bug - from the right hand side the background
starts painting white
2) Image embedded in a table displays not centered but left aligned.

Expected Results: 1) The butterflies should fly and the background should stay
in place.
2) The Image schould be centered in the top frame
Browser, not engine. Reassigning to Layout.

The site seems to look fine for me using Mozilla trunk binary 2002010203.
It looks pretty much the same in Mozilla as in IE6, for example.

cosa@technologist.com: could you try today's build and see if it looks OK?
If it does, please mark this bug as WORKSFORME; thanks -

cosa@technologist.com reports:

Downloaded version 2002010803 (fortunately I have DSL)
Well, it just hangs - the script is not running and just hangs
in the top frame! The situation has not improved...
